Refund policy
Each Haremono piece is handcrafted in Bizen, Japan. Because of this, natural variations in shape, texture, and Hidasuki markings are part of the character of each item and are not considered defects.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Notes on Handmade Pieces
Our ceramics are unglazed and shaped by hand.
Subtle variations, surface marks, and differences in Hidasuki patterns are inherent to the process and make each piece unique.
